Acceptable Use Policy

Version 2026-11-08. Effective .

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everything published on Portifact, every comment and every request sent to the service, including requests your coding agents send for you.

Content you may not publish

Do not publish, link to or share through Portifact anything that:

Things you may not do

Coding agents

You are responsible for what your agents publish and do on Portifact with the access you give them, just as if you did it yourself. Review what they publish before you share it more widely.

Reporting abuse

Report content that breaks this policy with the report form, which needs no account, or by writing to abuse@portifact.com. Every artifact also has a report link at /__portifact/report on its own address, for example https://abcdefghij.portifact.dev/__portifact/report; Markdown and text artifacts show it as "Report this artifact" under the document, and the review viewer shows it to reviewers. Include the artifact's address and what is wrong with it. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Please do not send us copies of illegal material; the address is enough.

What happens when the rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content, suspend the artifact, limit features such as public sharing, or suspend or close the account, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. We can act without warning when people or the service are at risk.

A suspended artifact is not served to anyone and shows the same notice as a missing one; its owner sees the reason in the dashboard. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you what we did and why. If you think we made a mistake, reply or write to abuse@portifact.com and we will review it.

Changes to this policy

We will publish any update on this page with a new version and effective date. Significant changes are announced in advance and accepted with the Terms of Service.
